Welcome to our prayer page. We believe in the power of prayer. So we’re inviting you to pray for Connected Families.
Our prayer requests as of January 2013:
- God is using the message we’re delivering to change lives! Please pray that our opportunities will continue to increase, and that our energy and passion will continue to grow.
- Our associate Kali is valiantly fighting stage four cancer in her liver and lungs. Please pray for strength and healing.
- We are being invited to partner in new ways with churches. They’re asking for us to help staff and lay-leaders think through and implement new plans for equipping parents to take more responsibility for their children’s spiritual development. It may seem simple, but it’s often a huge paradigm shift for churches to effectively put this responsibility in parent’s hands. Please pray for humble boldness as we explore this new aspect of ministry.
- We begin 2013 fully funded again! Thanks to God’s provision through generous donors, we have never ended a year short of funds. We trust God for the $220,000 it will take to fund our work in 2013. We never know exactly where this money will come from, but we trust it will come and we can continue teaching, coaching, counseling and meeting the needs of our growing community of parents without financial barriers. Please pray that the our services remain full and strong as needed resources come in.
