We count it a privilege to be in relationship with those who have given us permission to connect. As new regulations roll-out around the world, we think it best to stay ahead of the game to let you know our commitments to our followers. Our bottom line – we strive to meet or exceed privacy rules and regulations and will do our best to offer full disclosure about how we do it. If you have any questions or concerns simply contact us to discuss.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you’ve purchased, email us at [email protected] and we will reimburse you. So that we can improve our offerings, we’d gratefully ask that you let us know why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
Staying connected with us through email is how we deliver your course updates, login reminders, and important account information, so an active contact in our communication list is required to maintain access to your online courses and digital products. We know inboxes can feel full, and we genuinely want to honor your preferences—so before unsubscribing, we warmly invite you to manage your communication settings to choose only the messages most helpful to you. If you choose to unsubscribe from our communication list entirely, this may result in the loss of access to digital resources.
When you purchase a digital product as a one-time purchase (rather than through a membership), you’ll enjoy full access to that content for one year from the date of purchase. This includes our Small Group resources—each Small Group purchase is designed to guide one group through the content from start to finish. If you’d like to lead a second group, simply purchase the resource again for the additional group.
As long as your membership is in good standing, you’ll have full access to all included courses, resources, and member benefits. If you choose to cancel your membership, your access to membership content will end at that time—though we’ll always be here to welcome you back whenever you’re ready.
If you purchase a physical product (book, DVD, CD) we will mail it within 24 hours unless ordered on Friday or Saturday. Orders that come in after 5 on Thursday or anytime on Friday or Saturday will be mailed on Monday (unless a holiday falls on a Monday). Orders placed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be shipped the day of or, at the latest, the day after.
