Taylor Irby is a mom to five incredible children and wife to Josh. With over two decades of experience serving with Cru in Atlanta and Bosnia, Taylor and her husband now partner with business professionals across the U.S. and Europe. In addition to her ministry work, Taylor is a local realtor who thrives on encouraging and equipping parents in their unique journeys. Taylor holds a degree in education and brings deep personal insight into the challenges many families face. Her parenting experience includes navigating autism, adoption, ADHD, anxiety, dyslexia, OCD, and mental health struggles. Through these experiences, Taylor has found strength and clarity in the Connected Families framework, which has transformed the way she approaches both parenting and mentoring others. An experienced public speaker, Taylor loves sharing with audiences in a warm, relatable, and hope-filled way. Whether speaking to large groups or intimate gatherings, she brings encouragement, authenticity, and practical tools that help parents grow in confidence and experience positive change in their families.
