A counsellor by training and a mother of three by experience, Kristen is passionately called to equip global parents building families across cultures with a biblical foundation. She draws from her first-hand experience, having grown up in the US and raising her children in Hong Kong within a multicultural marriage (US and Hong Kong). She offers a deeply personal and professional understanding of the unique dynamics facing international families and third-culture children.

Her heart is to strengthen families by integrating practical brain science with the timeless truths of biblical wisdom. Her experience moves beyond theory to provide actionable, culturally-attuned perspectives that transform challenges into opportunities for deeper connection.
