Jennie Smith
Jennie has over 30 years of experience working with children and families dealing with the challenges of neurodivergency, and overall sensitive and intense temperaments. In addition to her special education background, she leads a support group through the “Hope for Hurting Parents” ministry, serving parents of teenage and adult children struggling with addiction, mental health, and other destructive behaviors. Coaching parents on ways to pivot from the effects of generational dysfunction, addiction, and co-dependency into a future based on hope, healing, and resilience is her mission. The Connected Families’ framework of biblical principles, neuroscience, time-tested relationship-building strategies, and practical skills is a game changer! No matter what you’re facing right now on your parenting journey, please know God does not intend for you to go through it alone.
