Foundational Workshops
We encourage you to start with these workshops, as they provide essential foundational insights to help participants get the most out of future workshops.
Behavior challenges and discipline situations can often cause frustration and resentment to grow in both parents and kids. And that can drive a wedge in your relationship.
But it doesn’t have to be that way!
In this workshop, you will learn four powerful, biblical principles for discipline that you can put to use right away.
- You are SAFE with me
- You are LOVED no matter what
- You are CALLED and CAPABLE
- You are RESPONSIBLE for your actions
You’ll be equipped to keep your heart connected to your kids during discipline while you grow wisdom in them and hold them accountable. Based on Connected Families’ biblically-grounded, research-supported Framework (link), you’ll gain immediate tools to discipline in ways that reflect God’s grace and truth—even in your child’s most difficult moments.
Our time together will have fun skits and activities to help you learn and grow.
Discover how discipline can become less about behavior management and more about heart transformation that lasts a lifetime.

Has your child’s sense of entitlement left you exhausted and concerned?
Every infant comes into this world wired to expect their needs to be met instantly—no “please” or “thank you” is required. This natural entitlement serves them well in those vulnerable early years.
But what happens when that same expectation follows them into childhood, adolescence, and beyond?
The Gratitude Journey
The path from healthy infant dependency to responsible, grateful adulthood has challenged parents throughout history. Today’s culture of instant gratification only intensifies this struggle.
In this transformative workshop, you’ll discover:
- Biblical foundations for cultivating grateful hearts in your children
- Practical, age-appropriate strategies that nurture responsibility without crushing spirits
- How to address entitlement behaviors while staying connected to your child’s heart
Grounded in scripture and informed by the latest research, this workshop provides the tools to guide your family toward a life of gratitude and responsibility.
