We’re trained in the framework that weaves together the Gospel truth, neuroscience and practical strategies to help parents discipline with connection and grace. As a Catholic couple raising our own children, we speak from real-life experience, sharing honestly about the struggles, breakthroughs, and holy moments of everyday family life. We are passionate about equipping parents to live out their vocation as the leaders of the domestic church. We’ve led workshops, retreats, and small group courses and are comfortable leading them both in person and online. We are grateful for the consistent feedback on the clarity, warmth, and impact of our presentations. We communicate with energy and vulnerability, making complex concepts easy to grasp and apply. Bilingual and culturally aware, we love serving diverse communities and continually invest in our own learning to offer parents relevant, compassionate support. I have been a certified Connected Families coach since 2023, offering individual coaching, virtual groups, and workshops. I am an adoptive mama of three kids, and a former foster and Safe Families parent. I have a Master of Social Work, having worked with kids through trauma counseling and with new parents through parent counseling. I have led mom groups and teach classes on the moms of the Bible. I am also the host of the podcast Moms Take Ten.

As a pediatrician with 25+ years of experience, I have seen many patients and families who struggle with the same things my family has—ADHD, autism, anxiety and the heartache and challenges that come along with them. I can relate to families both as doctor and as Mom who “gets it,” (and as parent coach/speaker). In addition to being a CF Certified Parent Coach, I am also the Women’s Ministry Director at Kenmore Alliance Church, and mother of three young adults. My parenting journey was a bumpy one, eventually landing me on my face before God.
